The challenge
Refactor a portal that dentists depend on daily. The system could not pause, and the people using it could not absorb surprises.

Strategy
- —Refactor alongside support: pay down debt in the same areas already being touched.
- —Vue.js and Nuxt.js with TypeScript to make contracts explicit and regressions visible earlier.
- —Standardise styling on SCSS and Tailwind instead of letting each screen invent its own rules.

- —Dentist Portal refactored and kept in support without interrupting its users.
- —Corporate product interfaces built and evolved on a consistent component model.

Learnings
The best refactor is the one nobody outside the team notices. Doing it inside the support flow, area by area, beat asking for a rewrite window that was never going to come.
